Every published page has a desk responsible for its wording, updates, and corrections. A byline is useful only when it tells readers who owns the work.
Facts and opinion separated
Operator details are presented as facts only when documented. Ratings, rankings, and qualitative verdicts are clearly described as editorial judgment.
Unknown stays unknown
When an operator field has not been documented, the public dossier says so. We do not turn an empty database field into a confident claim.
Commercial context disclosed
Commercial relationships are disclosed in the relevant trust and ranking surfaces. They do not create a fictional claim of total organizational independence.

Why does SweepsPick use team bylines?
A team byline identifies the organizational desk responsible for a page. It also makes maintenance clearer: reviews belong to the Editorial Team, operator facts to the Research Desk, and time-sensitive coverage to the News Desk. Individual contributors can be added when their names and roles are verified for publication.
Are the team profiles individual people?
No. Each profile represents an accountable organizational role inside SweepsPick. The initials in the avatar are a brand medallion for that desk, not a person’s photograph or a claim about professional credentials.
Who decides casino ratings?
The SweepsPick Editorial Team owns ratings and rankings. It applies the same published six-criterion methodology to every operator. The Research Desk maintains factual operator fields, but the final score remains an editorial opinion rather than a factual certification.
How can I report an error?
Use the contact page and choose the Editorial category. Include the page URL and the specific fact or wording you believe should change. The responsible desk can then review the correction and update the page when appropriate.
